At Sprinklr, Senior Managed Services Consultants have both the technical knowledge as well as the business consulting acumen to work through complex use cases while understand the business and technology landscape to ma ximize the i m pact of Sprinklr’s Service offerings for our customers . They speak from a position of confidence and credibility with their product and industry knowledge , and have the ability to provide insights , building rapport easily while being a trusted advisor . 5 + years of experience in a presales role , preferably with a CCaaS based company Strong w orking knowledge of Voice PBX/Carrier interconnection and migration architecture Experience with Cloud contact center technologies ranging from IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, W orkflow Automation , Self Service , Conversational AI , Workforce Optimization, Outbound Engagement, Social Media Engagement, Digital (DX), Unified communications (UC) and Analytics. Theoretical and practical knowledge in computer technology disciplines, including AI/Machine Learning and Cloud based API Excellent verbal and writing skills T he ability to effectively interact with business and technical audiences in the English language (required) and Spanish or Portuguese (desirable)
