Job Description

Develop strategically sound communication plans tackling key client challenges. Lead on digital media plan selection, quality of execution and operational excellence. Ensure world-class client service and account management, working alongside direct reports. To lead day-to-day client and agency team management. Identify and tackle key client business challenges, leveraging agency solutions to unlock growth for clients. Develop an expert understanding of the client’s business, their products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors and sales. Expert knowledge of the media marketplace and opportunities available Sound knowledge of digital & offline advertising & marketing technologies. A good grasp of strategic digital communications planning and acting in a consultant capacity to the client. Understand how research is conducted for all the major media e.g. Expertise in all relevant industry software and systems: Statex, Z-Plan, GWI, SimilarWeb, EuroMonitor Lead the development and execution of media plans across multiple clients and industries. Work along with the reporting manager taking into account both the client's and the agency's key performance indicators. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, including setting priorities, meeting deadlines, translating strategies into innovative media, and working well under pressure.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in media planning or related role. Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of planning managers. Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask and work under pressure. Digital Certifications across the major platforms, including Meta (FB & IG), Google, Snap Chat, Twitter & TikTok, in addition to familiarity in industry developments & initiatives I.e.: commerce, Metaverse, NFTs, etc... Experience in business development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective media strategies.
