Position Overview:

We're seeking Senior M&A and Capital Markets poised to drive significant success within our company. With over 10 years of global M&A experience and expertise in key IPO markets like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Saudi Arabia, the ideal candidate will elevate our strategic initiatives to new heights. This role promises to deliver substantial value and growth as we navigate complex financial landscapes and pursue ambitious business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in M&A worldwide and capital markets.
• Preferred to worked as a fund manager in the past.
• Experience with IPO procedures especially in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange Markets.
• Worldwide connections in financial industry.
• Need to have off market information for M&A worldwide
• Very Experienced with Financing processes and work closely with commercial banks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the M&A and capital markets activities of the company.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize capital structure and funding sources.
• Evaluate and recommend capital raising options, including debt, and equity to meet the company's financing needs.
• Manage the company's relationships with financial intuitions, investment banks, Private equities.
