Job Summary


Our Client a group of companies in the field of auto spare parts in the Middle East & GCC region, as it is a company specialized in manufacturing and equipping heavy transportation vehicles of all kinds.
 

Job Description:


As a senior recruiter, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools. You will be able to source, attract, and assess candidates for various roles and levels, and ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. You will also work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.


 



Responsibilities:


 



- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans for different positions and departments

- Write and post clear and engaging job descriptions and advertisements on various platforms

- Source and identify qualified candidates using various methods, such as referrals, social media, job boards, and networking events

- Screen and evaluate candidates' resumes, and portfolios

- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews using behavioral and competency-based techniques

- Provide feedback and recommendations to candidates

- Negotiate and extend job offers and contracts

- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and other recruitment records and reports

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners

- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition


 



Requirements:


 



- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

- At least 3 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior or lead role

- Experience in recruiting for various roles and levels, including technical, creative, and managerial positions

- Knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and policies

- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and assessment tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and quality

- Passion for finding and hiring the best talent for our company
