Job Description

Coordinating the tender process from start to finish, including reviewing tender documents, preparing tender submissions, and ensuring all deadlines are met. Collaborating with internal teams to gather relevant information and documentation for tender submissions. Conducting market research to identify potential tender opportunities and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth tender process. Preparing and presenting tender proposals to clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Ensuring compliance with all tender requirements and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration or project management. Strong knowledge of tender processes and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
