The Role:


An exciting challenge in a fast-growing environment with a strong focus on delivering trade strategies within the Distributor Markets Team of Coty Luxury Division.


The Senior Trade Marketing Manager will act as a business driver and lead their own team in bringing the brands’ vision to life while supporting the markets to co-build portfolio prioritization and innovation plans with concrete recommendations.


She or he will be key in defining commercial and trade strategies and managing key projects for flawless execution.


Your key areas of responsibility will be the following:


  • Building masterplans by region and country, working in collaboration with the brand and sales teams.
  • Align and challenge markets and distributors ambitions and support plans.
  • Set clear KPIs, market share objectives, and schedule action plans to achieve them.
  • Securing best-in-class implementation of 360° activation (in-store animation, merchandising, pricing, education, media, influencers, and e-commerce) as per the marketing calendar.
  • Building competitive analysis to identify gaps and improve our GTM strategy and plans.
  • Monthly analysis of category trend, brand performance (sell in and sell out), new launches (launch feedback), and recommended or required/adjusted actions.
  • Dynamically investigate business development opportunities (markets and retailers, offline and online).
  • Track door productivity and approve new doors, new retailers, and new e-retailers.
  • Own the trade spend budget, ensure accurate planning, control, and consistently optimize the ROI.

What we are looking for:


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration.
  • 10 years’ experience with exposure to luxury beauty and distributor management in the Middle East.
  • Agility and ability to think and drive solutions that meet both brand requirements and commercial realities.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent team management and communication skills.
  • Business Acumen: Knows how luxury beauty businesses work; the competition, and the beauty category.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong knowledge of financial KPIs and P&L management.
  • A curious, proactive attitude, innovative thinking, and a solution-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Ready to travel as frequently as needed across the region.
