Job Description

  • Collaborating closely with service technicians and parts departments, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all service transactions, including billing and invoicing, and ensuring timely communication with customers regarding service progress and costs.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling automotive services and products, such as extended warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages, will be part of your duties to contribute to the dealership's revenue growth.
  • Your core responsibility as an Automotive Aftersales Executive is to guarantee exceptional customer service and contentment in the aftermath of a sale. This encompasses managing customer queries, resolving issues, and offering technical guidance for vehicle-related problems.
  • Your central task will be to organize and schedule vehicle maintenance and repair services, manage the service department's operations effectively, and ensure that all service assignments meet rigorous quality benchmarks.
  • You will be at the forefront of coordinating and timetabling vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring the seamless operation of the service department, and upholding uncompromising quality criteria for all service operations.
