We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader to oversee production operations within a tissue paper manufacturing facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production during assigned shifts while maintaining product quality, operational performance, and compliance with company procedures.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tissue paper manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate production teams, monitor process performance, and drive operational excellence.   • Lead and supervise production activities during assigned shifts to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Monitor production processes and ensure production targets are achieved in accordance with quality and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with operators, technicians, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, production schedules, and quality control requirements.
  • Monitor machine performance and process parameters, identifying and addressing operational issues promptly.
  • Support troubleshooting activities and coordinate corrective actions to maintain production continuity.
  • Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and raw materials during shift operations.
  • Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and operational documentation.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate shift handovers and communicate production updates, issues, and priorities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity, reducing waste, and improving product quality.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and developing production team members.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pulp & Paper Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the tissue paper manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of tissue paper production processes and manufacturing operations.
  • Experience leading production teams within a continuous manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to monitor production performance and respond effectively to operational challenges.
  • Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
