We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Solar PV Engineer in Dubai, UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Solar Energy / Renewable Energy sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily installation activities of Solar PV systems.
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Inspect materials and maintain project quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations.
  • Supervise cable laying, mounting structures, solar panel, inverter installation, and system commissioning.
  • Conduct final inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain complete project documentation.
Required Skills
  • Solar PV Installation – Experience supervising utility or commercial solar projects.
  • Electrical Engineering – Knowledge of electrical systems, cable laying, and commissioning.
  • Project Coordination – Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders on site.
  • Quality Control – Conduct inspections and ensure technical compliance.
  • HSE Compliance – Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and safe work practices.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in utility-scale solar projects.
  • Knowledge of UAE electrical standards.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Work Experience Requirements
