OverviewSpare Parts SpecialistNeeded in the Middle EastIf you are passionate about delivering high quality customer service our Spare Parts Specialist role could be the perfect fit! We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Spare Parts Specialist to support our international team located in 8 countries around EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) with your location being in our Dubai office reporting into our Spare Parts Manager based in Sweden.As a Spare Parts Specialist, you will help ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction by managing our spare parts customer inquiries and facilitating deliveries.The focus will be our customers in the Middle East, with occasional support to other markets. In the position you will manage spare parts enquiries from quote to order, providing technical assistance to customers regarding spare parts selection in collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, logistics and our service teams to meet customer needs and ensure delivery to customers. Maintaining efficient internal communication is a must along with identifying opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesService minded with customer administrative experienceDetail and organisational focusedLanguage skills which must include fluent Arabic and English (reading, writing and speaking to communicate with other team members and departments) A relationship builder with customers 3-5 years of similar experience A degree within a technical field would assist you with technical learningFlexibility to travel to meet with customersUsed to working in a role where administration is fast QualificationsWe offer you the opportunity to work in an established international and fast-growing company.
