The Specialist FM Design Review - Electrical shall report directly to the FM Design Director. They should have Electrical engineering background and experience to review designs from facility management (operability and maintainability) perspectives, covering all stages of all design packages.
The incumbent of this role shall be responsible for the compliance of all designs to ensure the FM aspects of international and local regulations, codes, and standards such as BS, IEC, NEC, IBC, NFPA
