Job Description
Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Alignment
- Develop and maintain a stakeholder engagement strategy in alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial partnerships through workshops, sessions, and meetings.
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis, including identification, categorization, and mapping, to gauge levels of interest, influence, and impact on GCAA
- Collaborate with local government entities/stakeholders to ensure GCAA’s overall partnership agreements are aligned with government requirements and regulations
- Synthesize stakeholder input and organizational goals to advise Business Units on strategically aligned initiatives.
Partnership Effectiveness Assessment
- Review all new and existing MoUs in coordination with the legal stakeholders while ensuring sharing the strategic feedback with the concerned Business units while ensuring documentation and renewal when required
- Generate periodic reports (quarterly) that include actionable recommendations for partnership optimization and evaluate the effectiveness of relationships with local government stakeholders.
- Analyse the feedback from GCAA stakeholders/partners plan for improvements and create reports to the management.
- Conduct a regular assessment of partnership outcomes against predefined KPIs such as compliance rate, on-time delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Assess the level of stakeholder engagement and communication effectiveness through using a variety of tools such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Provide recommendations on the formation, continuation, or dissolution of partnerships based on assessment findings, helping the strategic decision-making process.
Department Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and oversee the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Corporate Strategy and Performance activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to client departments.
Internal Surveillance Program
- Contribute to the implementation of corrective actions raised against the Department under the internal surveillance program to align with international standards and continuous improvement.
Health, Safety and Environment within GCAA
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality service.
Reports
- Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company/department requirements, policies, and standards.
Other Tasks/ Accountability
- Perform additional tasks relevant to the role/area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
