Key Responsibilities: 


You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


· Establish Professional relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.


· Ensure that the baseline project documents are produced, maintained, made available to all parties concerned and effectively used (managing the project)


· Work with country Operations manager on SlOP for Project Management / Engineering resources on a monthly basis.


· Ensures that assigned projects are correctly planned and managed during execution.


· To liaise with Technical Managers/ Engineering Manager for project resources from FO and BO(GES)


· Monitor and control the financial status of the project (EAC, billings, cost, budgets, milestone payments, rebates, warranty)


· Accurately report the status (financial, resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction) of assigned projects


· Manage the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of contract/scope variations (change orders)


· Identify important potential risks (technical or other) and establish and execute detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated, and opportunities are realized.


· Apply applicable Honeywell QA and project management procedures/methods. Interact with GES on resource mobilization, deliverables and ensure quality of all the deliverables.


· Work with sales to ensure that Project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables eg. Risk/Opportunity, estimate, Project Execution Plan, schedule, cost estimates.


· To ensure that the opportunities are approved appropriately, liaise with Marketing to establish the right Sale Price and work with internal stakeholders to arrive at the recommended Sale Price.


· Work with service organization to ensure that projects are properly closed out.


· To deploy HOS within Operations


· Expand our Domain Knowledge within Operations and ability to deliver One Honeywell Solutions


· Roll out lessons learnt within HON community including sales and estimation.


YOU MUST HAVE


We are looking for persons with 12 to 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas field.


Familiarity with relevant codes and standards like AGES


Experience in Contract management and negotiation.


Customer management and negotiation skills


People management and conflict management abilities


Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment.


PMP certification will be an added advantage.


Apart from the above, candidates with extensive digital oil field and autonomous operation related experience in large programs in the Middle East will be preferable.
