Stock Controller (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a Stock Controller to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy. You will work closely with various departments and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and implement inventory control measures. • Ensure to properly manage the receipt of the daily goods, to arrange the merchandise following the Corporate procedures, checking and preparing the product to be taken on the sales floor and/or special areas.
• Ensure the safety of the products and the valuable material in the warehouse during the whole handling process.
• Assure the right product flow tracking through internal system.
• Always maintain order in the warehouse, according to the Corporate standards.
• Guarantee the returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and delivery following the corporate guidelines and deadlines.
• Provide the orders of packaging material according to the store's needs.
• Check and compare goods received with purchase invoices.
• Perform physical inventories and keep perpetual inventory records of the quantities of stock on hand.
• Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
• Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed
• Track shipments and address any delays.
• Oversee storage of products.
• Coordinate regular inventory audits.
• Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions).
• Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments).
