1.Handle all design and development activities, ensuring accurate effort estimation using industry-standard methods throughout project phases.

2.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules, including iterations and work breakdown structures (WBS), while allocating resources and establishing task dependencies.

3.Conduct thorough design reviews with the design board, ensuring adherence to best practices and coordinating implementation details with the architecture team.

4.Monitor and track development progress, environment setup, and resolve any pending issues with other teams, escalating to project management when necessary.

5.Enforce quality management processes, including conducting design and code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards, and verifying adherence to agreed design principles.

6.Direct project scope by clearly defining deliverables within scope and identifying future plans or change requests for items considered out-of-scope.

7.Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly status reports on project development progress, ensuring project plans are updated daily to facilitate effective progress monitoring.

8.Facilitate defect resolution by filtering and assigning resources for fixing accepted defects, and ensuring thorough documentation and communication among developers.

9.Supervise deployment activities, participating as needed in creating transition plans and release notes to ensure successful project deployment.

10.Implement robust configuration management practices, including establishing project repositories, maintaining development artifacts in source control, and ensuring version control tagging before releases or milestones.

11.Ensure strict adherence to established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes within the project team, providing continuous feedback for process improvement.

12.Actively contribute to the enhancement of SDLC processes by providing feedback and suggestions for improvements based on project experiences and outcomes.

13. Perform any assigned duties from the direct manager accurately and within the specified time, to ensure the completion of the assigned tasks to the fullest extent.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.
