Technical Training Instructor - Pressure Pumping

The role is responsible to schedule, plan and deliver technical training for operational and engineering personnel in Pressure Pumping.


As the Technical Training Instructor - Pressure Pumping, you will be responsible for:


  • Scheduling, planning, and delivering technical training for engineering personnel.


  • Arranging all resources, and logistics for technical training


  • Developing & updating the training material


  • Utilizing various training services (Web-based, Instructor-led, Virtual-led, On-the-job)


  • Training for production enhancement field services for employees and customers


  • Interacting regularly with product line technical training manager, competency leader, and PL HQ to align on training content and competency assessment requirements.


  • Controlling and coordinating multiple students in various environments (classroom, virtual, in-country/in-person)


  • Using simulator equipment and software digital tools to provide a stimulating and engaging training experience.


  • Training and instructing students in-country, at the training center, and remotely via video conferencing.


Fuel your passion


To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)


  • Preferably have experience in multi-product line(e.g., cementing, wireline, completions, etc.)


  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Production Enhancement


  • Be available to travel internationally frequently (up to 50% of the time)


  • Be able to fluently speak and write in English, second language a distinct advantage
