Job Description
Candidate must be able to
- Accurately targeting client’s industry wise and record details of potential clients’ key decision makers
- Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities
through sending proposals or offers
- Coordinate with client for setting up meetings with internal
staff along with sending and following up proposal and quotes.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing
customers remain satisfied with company in order to generate business
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers
to encourage repeat business.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and
services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and
preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets
with respect to call volume and sales.
- Must be able to make 50 to 70 calls per day.
Requirements- Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a telesales executive.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications along with
CRM applications
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
