Job Description

Candidate must be able to 


  • Accurately targeting client’s industry wise and record details of potential clients’ key decision makers
  • Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities through sending proposals or offers
  • Coordinate with client for setting up meetings with internal staff along with sending and following up proposal and quotes.
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company in order to generate business
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
  • Must be able to make 50 to 70 calls per day.

Requirements
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a telesales executive.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications along with CRM applications
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
