JOB TITLE

UAE National - Import & Export Associate | MAF Retail | UAE Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY

The associate - Import and Export is responsible for all administrative tasks related to the Import & Export of the MAF Retail operations.

ROLE PROFILE

• Coordinate with import suppliers on shipment availability & documentations
• Ensure products are registered in Dubai Municipality
• Coordinate with clearance agent for all shipments
• Obtain freight quotations.
• Coordinate with Distribution Centers prior to shipment arrivals, arrange for inspection & confirm once stocks are released for sale.
• Documentation finalization for export shipments and align with Distribution Centers for loading.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in commerce
• 1-2 years in a similar role
• Time Management & Communication skills
• Attention to Details
