Our client is a multinational financial markets organization in the region. They are looking to hire a Wealth Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE.
In this role, you are expected to maintain existing relations in line with company objectives and grow and develop strategic partnerships in the region, especially with institutional clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the existing relationships with professional, institutional, and HNWI partners of the company.
Identify new partners to the firm on an ongoing basis.
Identify and report on business opportunities to raise the company’s market share.
Approach, source and communicate with local partners to foster long-term relationships.
Develop and maintain a strong network of lead sources.
Have strong ability to achieve KPIs and to able to work under pressure to meet the deadlines.
Requirements
Relevant sales experience within financial markets and banking products.
Excellent understanding of financial market business.
Have experience managing HNWIs and institutional clients.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiations, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Keep positive work attitude and dedication at work.
