As a Workplace Experience Intern with keen interest in technology, you will be an integral part of our People Operations department at Deliverect. Your role will focus on projects relating to Employee Engagement, automating processes by leveraging technology, managing data privacy, vendor management and enhancing operational protocols.
This position offers a unique opportunity to align with Global teams on people related projects and initiatives.

What to Expect & Learning Outcomes
Process Automation: Engage in the automation of daily People related tasks and operations, streamlining workflows for efficiency.
Data Privacy Management: Implement and oversee protocols to manage company assets, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
Policy Development: Collaborate with HR and legal teams to update and refine company policies and procedures.
Employee Engagements: Conceptualize, plan, and execute employee engagement initiatives and social events across our MENA offices.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with various internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors, to ensure process adherence and effective collaboration.
Your Experience & Growth:
Academic Background: Recently completed a graduate degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field with a strong technology component.
Professional Experience: Leverage any previous internships or work experiences in HR operations, legal compliance, or process automation, ideally within a tech-focused environment.
Technological Skills: Develop your understanding and application of HR tech tools and data management systems.
Project Management: Advance your skills in managing and leading significant HR projects.
Communication: Enhance your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse teams.
