We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in our Dubai HQ. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff on a daily basis, as well as helping with more complex IT issues. This position requires a good understanding of some advanced IT skills such as backend development and coding, as well as experience in helping an office with standard IT needs. The IT Support Specialist will work closely with our team to ensure that our systems are running smoothly, and any issues are quickly resolved.


Responsibilities:


   oProvide technical support to our staff on a daily basis
oRespond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
oTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
oInstall and configure software and hardware
oMaintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
oCollaborate with our team to ensure that all systems are running smoothly
oManage user accounts and access control
oAssist with the maintenance of servers and networks
oWrite scripts and automate routine tasks
oProvide training to staff on the use of software and systems
oAssist with website development and upgrades

Requirements:


   oBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
oAt least 3 years of experience in IT support, with a good knowledge of technical IT
oExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
oStrong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems
oKnowledge of Zoho One is needed
oExperience with network and server administration
oStrong knowledge of cyber security and IT security
oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
oAbility to work independently and as part of a team
