Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.
2. Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced PL/SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
3. Utilize Python scripting for automation, data cleaning, and advanced statistical analysis.
4. Craft comprehensive data reports and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with remote teams to define data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
6. Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources and systems.
7. Document processes and methodologies with meticulous attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
3. Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting tasks.
4. Expert-level skills in PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
7. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
2. Professional certifications in data analytics or related disciplines.
3. Background in supporting cross-functional teams and driving data-informed decisions.
