Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leverage your deep knowledge of .NET and C# to provide domain-specific feedback and solutions to diverse technical challenges.
2. Evaluate, analyze, and enhance model outputs related to .NET, C#, AWS, and Azure ecosystems.
3. Collaborate remotely with a global team of experts, contributing your insights to drive continuous improvement of AI systems.
4. Write, review, and optimize code snippets, architectural diagrams, and technical documentation to ensure high-quality input data for AI training.
5. Share best practices related to scalable backend development, cloud integration, and modern application design.
6. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in written and verbal form to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Identify potential gaps in model understanding and suggest solutions based on real-world engineering experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Extensive hands-on experience with .NET and C# in production environments.
2. Demonstrated expertise with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex technical issues.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with the customer’s team.
6. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions for backend systems.
7. Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, tools, and frameworks in the .NET ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience contributing to AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects.
2. Experience working with distributed teams on large-scale cloud applications.
3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in .NET environments.
