Job Title: Network Security Engineer

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee comprehensive network security management, including firewall and intrusion prevention system (IPS) configuration and maintenance.
  2. Continuously monitor, analyze, and respond to network security events, identifying and mitigating potential threats in real time.
  3. Implement and maintain robust cloud and endpoint security controls across diverse platforms and environments.
  4. Lead efficient incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, eradication, and reporting of security incidents.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce security best practices and standards aligned to business needs.
  6. Guide and mentor other team members, fostering a culture of security awareness and professional development.
  7. Ensure full compliance with relevant security policies, regulations, and industry standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven expertise in network security management, including configuring firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.
  2. Strong experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network security issues using advanced tools.
  3. Demonstrated ability to implement and oversee cloud and endpoint security solutions in multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
  4. Hands-on incident response experience, including investigation, remediation, and documentation of security events.
  5. Exceptional collaborative abilities, with a track record of mentoring and knowledge sharing within technical teams.
  6. In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and policy development.
  7. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly valued.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with automation and orchestration tools for security operations.
  2. Background securing enterprise SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
