As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will report directly to the Product Director and lead a team of software engineers responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of critical software and automation capabilities for Oracle’s next-generation Cloud Infrastructure.
You will be responsible for driving execution across high-priority initiatives, managing delivery commitments, and ensuring the team is focused on the work that matters most to Oracle’s global cloud expansion. This includes partnering closely with product, architecture, regional build teams, data center operations, and senior leadership to align priorities, clarify ownership, and accelerate decision-making.
