Job description
Sell what you love. For us and millions of users across the globe, that’s Spotify. Join the Sales team and you’ll build the relationships that help grow our business in existing markets and beyond. We don’t just sell creative solutions to our clients and partners, we help to shape them; using our expert knowledge of ad products, sales channels and the industry to impact the way the world experiences music and podcasts.
Our Revenue Growth team drives advertiser acquisition and retention at scale by turning data into action. We build and run scalable go-to-market programs that help advertisers succeed, through lifecycle communications and seller-facing actions.
As a Senior Program Analyst, you'll translate go-to-market strategy into working, revenue-generating execution at scale. You'll build programs from briefs, hold a rigorous quality bar before anything goes live, optimize through structured testing, and keep systems running reliably.
What You’ll Do
- Work on programs that support revenue growth and improve how advertisers engage and succeed at scale
- Build and improve lifecycle programs that drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue, using data to guide decisions and iterate over time
- Turn team briefs into fully functioning programs in Salesforce, including logic, routing, response handling, and integrations
- Take ownership of program delivery end-to-end, ensuring each launch is stable, scalable, and ready for new audiences
- Maintain a high bar for quality by testing outputs, applying clear evaluation criteria, and refining programs before launch
- Design and run experiments to improve performance, using results to adjust program logic and drive better outcomes
- Monitor program health using BigQuery, identifying patterns or issues early and taking action to keep systems running smoothly
Who You Are
- You have 4+ years of experience in product operations, growth, go-to-market, strategy and operations, or analytics roles
- You have owned or contributed to measurable business outcomes, such as revenue growth, conversion, or pipeline development
- You are comfortable working with AI tools and have experience prompting, evaluating, and improving LLM-based workflows
- You know how to use SQL and BigQuery to track performance, assess data quality, and identify issues early
- You have experience working in Salesforce, including configuring workflows, understanding data models, or building automation
- You take a thoughtful, structured approach to quality and are comfortable working with testing, validation, and release processes
- You communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional partners to move work forward
Where You’ll Be
- This role would ideally be based in New York City.
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
- This team operates within the EST time zone for collaboration.
