    Job Description
    An opportunity for young dynamic people to join Procco Team (Bahrain) to work on several projects that have and are launching in the Bahrain. The role includes developing merchant relationships in Bahrain as well as prospecting and signing new agreements to join our programs and provide ongoing servicing to those merchants to increase transactions and/or card sales.     Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and maintain relationships with merchant management, key staff and floor staff.
    2. Gold prospect to contract new merchants by presenting the appropriate Selektpoints solution for the business.
    3. Coordinate and/or collect application forms and accompanying documentation to deliver to Procco office or partner bank.
    4. Generate, maintain and increase business opportunities with existing merchants and always coming up with new ideas to increase transactions.
    5. Office duties and support the local business in any way to ensure the office is efficiently and effectively operated.
    6. Train and support the merchant staff on relevant product including POS device and how to use as well as install the device.
    7. Plan and work on ideas to increase the number of cards issued from the merchants stores within Bahrain.
    8. Arrange merchant payments to Procco and handle any invoice queries.
    9. Assist merchant staff to set up and ensure merchant store is displaying marketing material including, danglers, wobblers, application form holders, counter tops, welcome stickers, etc.
    10. Present and service the Selektpoints products to merchants.
    11. Provide customer data to the merchants to show that Selektpoints is adding value to their business.
    12. Manage the merchant collection process for cardholder payments to merchants as well as any payments owed to Procco.
    13. Prepare ad hoc reports as requested regarding business development in Kuwait including market comparison analysis, feasibility studies, etc.
    14. Support the business in any way as requested to ensure its effective operation.
    15. Design, create and present the various business opportunities with Procco to merchant via PowerPoint or any other method as needed to close deals.
    16. Undertake office administrative duties as required in conjunction with Procco operations including record keeping of merchant interaction.
    17. Handle any objections raised by merchants including transaction disputes.
    18. Assist in organising and managing the mall staff and if needed, work in the mall if staff is not available.
    Essential Requirement:
    1. Required excellent relationship and networking skills.
    2. Must be credible and no "job hoppers". Must be able to demonstrate they can close deals.
    3. A level or equivalent & above plus excellent network of contacts in the retail sector.
    4. Proven track record in merchant relationship management with banking experience an advantage
