    Builds up of Multi Level Network within dedicated E&D Firms. Prepares technical submittals, specification write ups, for Engineering products & follow up with specifiers and influencers to get it included in the specification documents. To provide Technical support for Hilti customers through trainings and seminars to consultants, contractors and influencers. Coordination & communication with sales forces to ensure sales of specified engineering products. Develops strong relationships with the technical decision makers at customers’ offices to assure a high degree of success in achieving favorable Hilti Product Specifications and within the assigned segment. Create call plan schedule for all assigned projects based on a frequency established by the FE manager. Provides technical support for Hilti products. Support function includes, but not limited to, product demonstration, design solutions, bill of materials, estimation & submittals for all Hilti engineering products. Rides with sales team to solve contractors’ issues using Hilti engineering products and assists them in closing sales opportunities of engineering products through coaching as well as proactively generates new business opportunities. Develops and maintains appropriate projects/accounts tracking systems and including activity and progress reporting and action plans based on a frequency established by the FE manager. Supports the marketing department with competition information gathering and market sensing activities as directed by the FE manager. Regularly updates CRM system by creating new contacts with their details, registering all daily activities and opportunities and by communicating Specification to other Hilti colleagues. Acts as a Brand Ambassador for Hilti.

    Be Business Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to achieve targeted sales and delivery performance Responsible for inventory management for assigned products in existing storage locations (central warehouses, Hilti Centres and Van plants) Plan, forecast and release of purchase orders to ensure targeted product availability at optimum inventory levels with proactive management of system and planning alerts Prime Link between Material Control department and Product Marketing group ensuring all promotions, events, project forecasts, phase-in and phase-out items are planned effectively and the INP process is understood and followed Manage all stock shortages ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve them with minimum cost and maximum attention to customer service Management of open customer orders until delivery including complaint management Be primary driver of marketing efforts to reduce obsolescence (obsolescence pre-warning, sell-offs, pruning) Monitoring of operational performance indicators and reporting to management team Key performance indicators: Stock Availability (Availability to Standard for end customers – ATS, Product Availability for MO replenishment – PA) Forecast Quality Inventory Coverage (Inventory Coverage Logistics end – ICLe) Obsolescence
