Position summary



As a Client Partner at 4most, you will play a lead role in shaping the direction of our growth into the UAE market. You will maintain a strong external network of senior industry leaders and can balance strategic thinking, client management and delivering programmes of work. Key responsibilities



Account Management and Network Development:



Strategically engage with senior-level stakeholders in and outside of our client base to nurture new and maintain existing relationships. Leverage your own extensive network to expand awareness of 4most’s offerings, driving commercial opportunities and fostering strong business relationships. Constantly scan the horizon for the next opportunity within financial services that we can help our clients solve. Develop and execute account plans specifically targeting senior industry leaders and board rooms. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the industry.

Commercial Growth and Opportunity Identification:



Define strategy for growth within the area of responsibility (client and/or subject matter area) to support commercial success and maintain the business credibility. Provide strategic guidance on industry topics and emerging themes to support propositions and practical solutions to meet the priorities of the senior executive. Dedicate time to analysing market trends and identifying potential opportunities. Proactively troubleshoot problems and explore avenues to extend service offerings. Demonstrate a keen ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. You will take ownership and lead the development of propositions, ensuring market readiness and presenting them with a strong sense of ownership.

Communication and Influence:



Pitch at board level, translating complex subject matter into compelling narratives. Exemplify pragmatism and tenacity in decision-making, ensuring a balanced and effective approach. Attend steering meetings and play a pivotal role in influencing decision-making processes.

Requirements



10+ years of relevant experience in project leadership and strategy. Ability to effectively oversight project delivery, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. Proven track record of leading people at the director level. Experience overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from leading on proposals and engaging clients to conducting research and development, staying updated on regulatory changes, and generating innovative ideas for improvements. Ability to mediate and manage tensions on projects, demonstrating your ability to navigate challenges with diplomacy. Demonstrable experience in growing projects and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. Real-world experience that adds depth and practical insight to your decision-making.
