Develop CBS
Develop Work Package for Timesheet registration
Evaluate change order scope
Analyze Subcontractor schedule performance
Analyze Internal Efficiency reports
Assign Cost Components and Cost Types
Develop Man-hour Hourly Rates and Sundry Hourly Rates
Identify material and subcontract packages
Develop Historical Records for Man-hour, Equipment and Sundry Hourly rates
Analyze Labor hours registration and statistical analysis for RG/OT ratios
Forecast remaining labor Hours and remaining equipment requirements
Determine trends of scope of work activity productivity performed by own resources and subcontractors
Create Invoice for Miscellaneous Expenses and back charging of subcontractors for utilizing own resources
Supervise Daily Manpower Reporting
Understand SPI, CPI
Develop structured reporting for different departments and summarize electronically progress performance
