We are currently in search of a Data Control Supervisor possessing experience in web integrations, APIs, and webhooks. The ideal applicant should be well-versed in the concepts mentioned and capable of designing, implementing, and maintaining automations and reporting systems. The requirements for this position are as follows:
• Experience utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to craft interactive dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of data modelling techniques and principles of database design to facilitate the development of scalable and efficient data structures.
• Familiarity with data security best practices, encompassing encryption methods, access controls, and data masking techniques, to ensure the safeguarding of sensitive information.
• Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and resolution of complex data integration and automation challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources to achieve successful outcomes.
Your duties will encompass, but not be limited to, the following:
• Leading the assessment and selection of novel tools and technologies aimed at enhancing data integration, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborating with IT and development teams to diagnose and address integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and coherence across systems.
• Offering training and assistance to end-users regarding data management best practices, system utilization, and troubleshooting methods.
• Monitoring system performance and usage metrics, pinpointing areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in data management, automation, and integration, and providing recommendations for process enhancement.
• Serving as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
• Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at augmenting data quality, accessibility, and usability throughout the organization.
• Conducting regular assessments and audits of data processes and systems to uncover opportunities for efficiency improvement and risk mitigation.
• Developing and maintaining documentation, including data dictionaries, process workflows, and system configurations, to support ongoing operations and knowledge transfer.
