The role will be handling the developmentof the company's commercial Channel and executing the stratgies allowing teh company to grow and attain more market shares. The role will be responsible to drive cold space expansion across the franchise in line with the strategic priority. The role will be handling the innovation, execution, and implementation of new startgies for the company on the long-run and the long-run. The role will be handling the commercial operations from end-to-end.
Requirments:
University Bachelor’s degree minimum
8+ years prior commercial/frachise operations experience is a plus.
Proven ability to work across cultures, and multiple functions
Strong, proven self starter with superior leadership skills and capabilities
Proven ability to lead and influence teams to align resources towards a common goal, leveraging best-in-class approaches.
Fluency in English is A MUST
FMCG Experience is A MUST.
