We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Boy in our Nasr City, Cairo location. The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to the staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Clean and maintain the office premises, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  2. Ensure that all office areas, including meeting rooms, kitchen, and restrooms, are kept clean and tidy.
  3. Assist with setting up and organizing conference rooms for meetings and events.
  4. Collect and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.
  5. Prepare and serve refreshments, such as tea and coffee, to staff and visitors.
  6. Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
  7. Run errands for the office, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents.
  8. Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
  9. Monitor and maintain the stock of office supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
  10. Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong work ethic and reliable.
  7. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
  8. Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  9. Proficient in using office equipment, such as printers and photocopy machines.
  10. Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
