Assistant Solar Construction Manager

NOK Human Capital is hiring "Assistant Solar Construction Manager" for one of the well known multinational E-commerce company located in new cairo.

Job main purpose is to support the feasibility studies, design and delivery of safe, high-value, high-quality on-site solar projects to happen in the Operations facilities. You will be supporting the execution of desktop studies required to execute the pre-construction of upcoming rooftop solar PV installation, working closely with internal Solar Program Managers as well as other key internal stakeholders.

Job Description:

- Collaborate & liaise with internal stakeholders to collect comprehensive data on warehouse specifications, including roof dimensions, materials, details, condition, and load-bearing capacities.

- Conduct desktop assessments of existing infrastructure, including and not limited to fire, structural & permitting, to determine compatibility and necessary upgrades for solar PV integration, with aim of issuing a summary report with the outcome of the assessment.

- Compile and organize gathered information into detailed reports and documentation for handover to the Solar Pre-Construction Team, utilizing preferred platforms, including and not limited to BIM360, and following company standards.

- Support preparation of tender package documentation and review its completeness and quality that is submitted by bidders

- Coordinate internal and independent preliminary and detailed design review with third party consultant and internal stakeholders, to check the designs submitted by the solar vendors against relevant regulations.

- Support on pre-project planning, programming, and coordination with solar vendor personnel, Solar Construction Managers, Landlord.

- Support procurement team in technical review of contracts with Solar PPA developers and EPC contractors
