Business Development Manager

Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the real estate industry. As part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to real estate, including property management, sales, and client relationship management. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the operations of residential and commercial properties.
2. Market and advertise available properties to attract potential tenants or buyers.
3. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to interested parties.
4. Negotiate lease agreements and contracts
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property expenses, income, and tenant information.
6. Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders.
8. Keep abreast of the local real estate market trends and provide recommendations for pricing and marketing strategies.
9. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 9 years of experience in the real estate industry.
2. Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
