Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage day-to-day operations of the [food & beverage/retail] business, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and workforce scheduling.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Establish and maintain quality control standards for all products and services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline operational processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity
Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold quality standards and address any deviations promptly.
Oversee inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and waste.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
