About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Audit Specialist to join our dynamic team at bosta. As an Operations Audit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in conducting audits on our hubs, identifying areas for process improvement, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. This position requires regular travel, typically 1 or 2 days per week, to conduct on-site audits at various company hubs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive audits on company hubs to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Analyze data and audit findings to develop actionable recommendations for process enhancement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
Conduct on-ground audit visits to hubs, ensuring adherence to operational standards and best practices.
Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics) or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of proven experience in operations auditing, preferably within the shipping, e-commerce or logistics industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify process gaps and inefficiencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
