About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Audit Specialist to join our dynamic team at bosta.
As an Operations Audit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in conducting audits on our hubs, identifying areas for process improvement, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. This position requires regular travel, typically 1 or 2 days per week, to conduct on-site audits at various company hubs.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct comprehensive audits on company hubs to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
+ Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
+ Analyze data and audit findings to develop actionable recommendations for process enhancement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
+ Conduct on-ground audit visits to hubs, ensuring adherence to operational standards and best practices.
+ Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics) or equivalent experience.
+ 1-2 years of proven experience in operations auditing, preferably within the shipping, e-commerce or logistics industry.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify process gaps and inefficiencies.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
