SOKNA is immediately hiring Operations Lead with the following responsibilities & requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the service operations to ensure that they comply with SOKNA's policy , regulations and standards.
  • Accountable for the quality delivered by the Field Coordinators team
  • Supervise the Field Coordinators while providing the service on the ground and to be updated with the daily issues.
  • Provide continuous performance evaluations for team members , vendors , and partners based on service quality delivered.
  • Review expenses and activity reports about team's performance to ensure productivity and increase improvements.
  • Suggest on ground changes and research new types of challenging cases that will generate new business opportunities.
  • Build , supervise and coach team members.
  • Responsible for team's performance evaluation and develop on boarding / training material.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent in Microsoft
  • Proven experience as Team Leader / Supervisor / Team Management roles
  • Experience in report structures and performance evaluations
  • People oriented
  • High presentation skills
  • Decision making / Negotiation / Problem Solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and coaching skills.
