SOKNA is immediately hiring Operations Lead with the following responsibilities & requirements.
Job Responsibilities:- Monitor the service operations to ensure that they comply with SOKNA's policy , regulations and standards.
- Accountable for the quality delivered by the Field Coordinators team
- Supervise the Field Coordinators while providing the service on the ground and to be updated with the daily issues.
- Provide continuous performance evaluations for team members , vendors , and partners based on service quality delivered.
- Review expenses and activity reports about team's performance to ensure productivity and increase improvements.
- Suggest on ground changes and research new types of challenging cases that will generate new business opportunities.
- Build , supervise and coach team members.
- Responsible for team's performance evaluation and develop on boarding / training material.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Excellent English
- Excellent in Microsoft
- Proven experience as Team Leader / Supervisor / Team Management roles
- Experience in report structures and performance evaluations
- People oriented
- High presentation skills
- Decision making / Negotiation / Problem Solving skills.
- Excellent time management and coaching skills.
