Job Summary: Maintain existing commercial and strategic high quality relationships with relevant partners and stakeholders. In addition, support in developing relationships with potential new partners in accordance with the entity’s overarching objectives, strategic goals, and growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
Maintain collaborative and beneficial ongoing relationships with current partners
Identify and recommend opportunities to achieve strategic objectives
Support the team by working hand-in-hand with current partners on mutually agreed-upon and beneficial projects
Deliver high-quality experience for partners while being the face of the entity's brand by enhancing the quality and experience of partner interactions - ensuring quality control, compliance, regulatory and legal obligations are met at all times
Provide support in the development of monthly reports / tracking partners performance and engagement in ongoing projects.
Assist in measuring and reporting the results achieved in various projects with partners
Support the partnership team by identifying new potential partners.
Assist in exploring new opportunities identified (e.g. reaching out to partners and providing initial context)
Arrange meetings and negotiations with potential new partners in accordance with the entity’s guidelines and policies
Assist in arranging new partnership agreements and effectively onboarding new partners
Provide ongoing support and guidance to new partners to ensure a successful integration into the existing partner eco-system
Seek guidance, use time effectively, and work as a team member
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in marketing, communication or similar relevant field
6+ years of experience in similar role or a relevant role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Partnership and relationship building
Creativity and ability to propose new ideas
Networking aptitude
Successful relationships and support with partners.
