Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Telesales Agent
What will you do?
Generate leads through cold calling, outbound email campaigns and social media outreach.
Qualify leads by actively listening to customer needs and identifying potential sales opportunities.
Present the features and benefits of our golf carts and aftersales services, accessories with enthusiasm and knowledge.
Overcome objections and address customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
Support CRM team Via Inbound calls & outbound calls.
What will you need?
Minimum 1 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-driven with a passion for sales.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM systems
