Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Telesales Agent

What will you do?

•       Generate leads through cold calling, outbound email campaigns and social media outreach.
•      Qualify leads by actively listening to customer needs and identifying potential sales opportunities.
•       Present the features and benefits of our golf carts and aftersales services, accessories with enthusiasm and knowledge.
•       Overcome objections and address customer concerns professionally and effectively.
•       Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
•       Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
•       Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
•       Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
•       Support CRM team Via Inbound calls & outbound calls.

What will you need?

•       Minimum 1 years of experience
•       Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
•       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•       Goal-driven with a passion for sales.
•       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•       Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM systems
