Job Description
1) Content Strategy and Planning
Develop a social media content strategy aligned with the Group's objectives and messaging to target audience.
Conduct research to identify relevant industry trends, popular topics, and competitor strategies.
Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content that align with the Group’s vision and values
2) Content Creation
Shoot, film, and edit compelling and original content for social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and YouTube)
Write engaging and concise copy for posts, captions, and hashtags.
Edit and optimize content for maximum impact, considering platform-specific best practices.
Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
Experiment with new formats, techniques, and features to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to content creation.
Curate user-generated content that reinforces the Group's values and showcases customer experiences.
Leverage storytelling techniques to convey the Group's mission and impact effectively.
