Job Summary

If you are interested in becoming a marketing automation professional and eager to be a part of a growing, forward-thinking team, Emerson’s Discrete Automation Group has an exciting opportunity for you! In this role, you will be supporting the global digital team with the marketing automation analysis. You will report functionally to global digital marketing strategy director and a dotted line reporting to team leader at Emerson Innovation Center.


As a Marketing Automation Analyst, you will


  • Extract and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing automation efforts and provide actionable insights to improve return on investment.
  • Keep a track of all the landing pages created in Marketing Automation tool and analyse leads performance on a regular basis.
  • Create campaign performance report across business units, compare the results and present insights to the marketing automation team on a weekly basis.
  • Understand and analyze metrics and provide insights and recommendations on a regular basis.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators related to marketing automation activities, and present findings to customers.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing automation initiatives and find opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Integrate existing marketing automation tool with the Salesforce CRM
  • Take initiatives proactively from conception to completion.
  • Identify ways to find and fix problems with how things work for customers or our team. This could be anything from small tweaks to complete re-engineering.
  • Connect with the big-picture and the end goal to identify actions and drive intentional results.
  • Balance multiple, simultaneous efforts at various stages and different implementation teams.

For This Role, You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing automation and analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience in Marketing Automation tools (ex. Eloqua) .
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Experience in marketing account management is plus.
  • Experience in marketing cloud engagement is plus
  • Proficiency in Eloqua Profiler is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a global organization is plus
