Construction site engineer with over five years of experience in execution of conventional villas construction projects. The site engineer should be knowledgeable in sequencing of project activities throughout the various stages of construction; building structure and finishing works. Below are the requirements and responsibilities:
Coordination:
• Understand project requirements, drawings and specification.
• Coordinate with subcontractors during all phases of construction. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Construction Management:
• Oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring adherence to structural and architectural drawings, project specifications, quality and safety measures.
• Sequencing of project activities.
• Monitor progress of work, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage site logistics, including layout, access, and temporary facilities.
• Manage labor, including subcontractors and on-site workers.
• Procure materials and supplies according to project requirements and budget constraints.
Quality Control and safety:
• Implement quality control and safety measures as per ACICO standards.
Communication:
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Manage client expectations regarding timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with project teams to anticipate and address potential problems before they escalate.
