Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Agent to join our
sales team. The Pre-Sales Agent will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential
suppliers and partners to drive sales opportunities and revenue growth. This position requires excellent
communication skills, a strong understanding of our products or services, and the ability to effectively
articulate value propositions to prospects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and
passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the pre-sales process.

This is achieved by demonstration sessions to Parents, continual training sessions to Teachers & Staff and Online FAQ for Students. We understand that everyone learns differently so we cater to everyone by making a trainer available every day, at the school, to answer questions and conduct trainings or consultations about our solutions.
