نظراً لإهتمامي بالموارد البشرية والتطوير الإداري في عملي ولممارستي تقديم الاستشارات في مجال التنظيم والادارة والموارد البشرية منذ 30 سنة، لفت انتباهي اعلان في الصحف المحلية الكويتية تفيد بافتتاح مكتب لبيت.كوم. في ذلك الوقت كنت قد تقاعدت وبدأت بممارسة عملي الخاص كمستشار حر للموارد البشرية وكانت لدي رغبة في معرفة خدمات الموقع. فقمت بالتسجيل عام 2000 أي العام الذي اطلق فيه بيت.كوم في الكويت منذ 11 سنة. وبعد فترةٍ وجيزة انهالت علي الرسائل الإلكترونية والإتصالات الهاتفية من أصحاب العمل في الكويت ودول الخليج يطلعوني على رغبتهم في توظيفي في مناصب قيادية في مجال الموارد البشرية. لم أكن، في ذلك الوقت أفكر بالعودة الى العمل بعد التقاعد أو الاستمرار بعملي الحر كمستشار واستمر التواصل مع بيت.كوم على مدى سنوات وتطورت خدمات الموقع من ضمنها كتابة السيرة الذاتية وخدمة المعلومات حول الرواتب والاطلاع على مستويات الرواتب لمختلف الوظائف وفي مختلف الدول مما شجعني على القيام بدراسات للرواتب الخاصة بعملائي للاستفادة من هذة الخدمة والاشتراك فيها وكما قام بيت.كوم باضافة ( www.marketinghub.me ) وهي تساعدك في معرفة الاخبار والخدمات لتسويق خدماتك ومنتجاتك وقد اشتركت فيها كذلك وتصلني منهم الاخبار والمعلومات التي تفيدني في تسويق خدماتي ومنتجاتي.

Once upon a time I was a fresh IT graduate who wished for a strong start at a reputable company, I was surfing all the jobs sites day and night for a whole week, then I found this opening vacancy at the job site itself "Bayt.com"! I hesitated whether I should apply or not, I never expected that "Bayt.com" will call back or be interested in interviewing me, but the unexpected happened, couple of days later I got a phone call from their HR department for a phone interview, they then called me for an IQ exam, and an interview.

Couple of days passed and I was contacted by the Development manager saying that I was accepted and they will send me the offer, and I accepted it happily .

Today i am a proud "Senior Software Engineer" who is a part of an organization that cares about others and works hard to make their lives better by providing them a tool that links them to employers directly.

Thank you so much Bayt.com for giving me the chance to share my story. Bayt.com has always been updating its users with new technology and job openings. Well, I Mohsin Raza registered on Bayt.com 4 years back but I was not expecting that I will get a job through a website because I had registered earlier on many websites looking for jobs but with no response. One day the HR department of my current employer "Emirates Motor Company" called me & they said they found my resume on Bayt.com. I was very surprised but it was the truth. كنت أعمل بوظيفة مدقق حسابات بأحد مكاتب التدقيق الكبرى بالقاهرة - مصر وحصلت على عرض للعمل بإحدى الشركات بدبي وبالفعل سافرت واستلمت الوظيفة في سبتمبر 2006

وبعد استلامي للوظيفة اكتشفت انها لا تتلائم مع خبراتي و امكانياتي كما اكتشفت صعوبة فرص التطور الوظيفي بالشركة التي كنت اعمل بها.

ومن ثم قررت التسجيل بموقع Bayt.com للبحث عن الوظيفة المناسبة ، وبالفعل قام أحد المسؤولين بالموقع بالتواصل معي أكثر من مرة وقدموا لي عدة وظائف وذهبت لأكثر من مقابلة شخصية

عن طريق الموقع حتى تمكنت من الحصول على وظيفة أحلامي عن طريق Bayt.com واستلمت وظيفتي الجديدة بشهر يوليو 2007 وعملت بها حتى ديسمبر 2010

In 2009, I received a call from Lebanon for an interview. I was living in Bahrain at that time, and I did not believe it, I thought someone was joking with me. Later, I went to the interview and I was surprised when I was told that I will be working as a business manager in one of the institutes I had dreamt of working with. I had applied to work with them so many times but never heard from them (this Lebanese company had a branch in this institute in Bahrain).

My success story started when I joined this institute at triple my salary amount.
