Utilize business development techniques and channels to
identify the market, customers, create leads.
Efficiently handles the in-bound leads and follow the
process and company guidelines to maximize the potentials.
Collaborates with business development and marketing team to
reach prospective clients.
Directly coordinate with line manager and execute outlined
tasks and strategy.
Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
Identifies opportunities to grow business with new and
existing clients.
Coordinate and work closely with internal stakeholders to
ensure that all the RFI/RFP/RFQ’s are replied on time.
Arrange and/or attend the client meetings (online) as per
the availability and preference of the clients. This may require the
availability at odd time – depending on the time zone of the client.
Manage the CRM tool accurately and provide consistent
reporting to management.
Ensures the seamless handover of the client to the project
execution and delivery team.
Creating an inspiring team environment with an open
communication culture.
Provides early recognition of potential risks with (major)
business impact in the account. When necessary, escalates identified risks in
time to line manager.
Be able to take commercial decisions.
Works with line manager to prepare and finalize business
proposals.
Ensures costing and billing accuracy for company services
and existing clients while maintaining minimum margins.
Coordinate with CRM team and handover the complete
information of the client once the agreement stage has been completed.
Qualification
Education: University degree in business administration or
relevant discipline from a reputed university.
Situational Sensitivity.
Ability to assess the effect of his/her activities on other
people. He/she is interested in mutual understanding. Open minded and ease of
setting up a network of relationships.
Correctly judges the importance of the formal and informal
authorities and possibilities within the customer’s and our organization.
More than three (3) years Account Management/Senior Sales
and related management experience of B2B sales with a track record of successful
performance (new orders), preferably in the relevant industry/market.
Minimum 1 years’ experience in managing complex
projects/customers successfully.
Able to manage and motivate people successfully, preferably
with experience as a manager of a team in an international environment.
Able to motivate individuals from multiple cultures and
backgrounds.
Successfully deals with clients from diversified culture and
backgrounds.
Previous working experience of working for Saudi Arabian
market (Business Support Services) is a big plus.
