Senior AI Engineer (ML/Big data) - Islamabad

Job Role:
Leading deployment, monitoring, and implementing machine learning and deep learning solutions.
Contribute to the strategic planning of AI/ML initiatives, providing insights on long-term goals and technological roadmaps.
Collaborating with AI/ML engineers to ensure seamless creation and integration of ML solutions.
Manage and optimize ML cloud architecture for efficient and scalable deployment.
Evaluate and propose innovative solutions.
Continuously monitor and optimize ML models for improved efficiency and accuracy.
Implement security measures to protect AI models and data
Integrating ML models into production systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Work on generative AI and reinforcement learning for future advancements.
Document the development process, model architecture, and deployment procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
Troubleshooting and resolving ML or related issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in: Machine Learning Engineering, Big Data, or a related role.
Familiarity with containerization, scripting, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD.
Python, Dockers and workflow orchestration tools.
Elasticsearch, SQL, NoSQL, Apache spark, Flink, and Mlflow.
Experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning is a plus.
Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, cloud architecture, and optimization techniques.
Experience with operationalizing data-driven pipelines for large scale batch and stream processing analytics solutions.
Experience with contributing to github and open-source initiatives or in research projects and/or participation in Kaggle competitions.
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timings: 9AM - 6PM
Location: Islamabad
